Grilled Chilli and Lime Chicken

Packed with protein, this Grilled Chilli and Lime Chicken is a great choice for a healthy, but delicious dish. 

Serves : 4   Prep : 10 mins    Cook : 45 mins

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1.7 lb (800g) chicken drumsticks and/or legs
  • Green onion, chopped, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and cover the chicken either in a container or Ziploc bag. Seal the bag/container, place in a fridge to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. 

2. Preheat oven to 190C. Line baking tray/dish with baking paper. 

3. Arrange the chicken on the baking paper, and brush any leftover marinade over the tops. 

4. Bake, uncovered, for approximately 30-45 minutes or until cooked through. To serve, garnish with chopped green onions and lime wedges.
