Personal Training

Whether you want to gain strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility or muscle mass following injury, we can help. Having worked with a broad variety of individuals with different needs and goals, we are well equipped to help you achieve your goals, whether individually, or as part of a multi-disciplinary team. We’ll provide you, and your team if needed, a programme, weekly check-ins, dietary guidance and ensure every part of your training has a reason behind it, which will all help you to achieve your goals

Rehabilitation

With experience working within an MDT, or individually, we’ve worked with clients with acquired brain injuries, strokes, cerebral palsy, post-injury rehabilitation needs, post-surgical rehabilitation needs and amputees. With a combination of experience in rehab, prehab, personal training and sports massage, we have a team that can help you to reach your physical rehabilitation goals. We regularly take part in both face to face, and virtual MDT’s alongside Physios, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, SALT, Case Managers and Solictiors. Providing assessments and also progress reports to keep you, and your team, updated with your progress and goals

Sports Therapy

Massage is a well known and long practised form of manual therapy thought  to have many benefits, both physiological and psychological. The benefits are wide ranging and include, increased blood circulation, increased flexibility, range and motion, drains waste products of the body such as lactate (lactic acid), reduces chances of injury, reduces pain, muscle aches, reduction of depression and anxiety and relaxation. Alongside your rehabilitation and personal training, sports massage will help to prevent injuries and allow you to keep making progress towards your goals
