Chocolate Overnight Oats (V)

These Chocolate Overnight Oats are a great choice for anyone who’s always in a rush in the morning but still wants a delicious and filling breakfast. You just need 5 minutes the night before and they’ll be ready to eat in the morning!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1/2 cup (50g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup (85g) Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or a jar.

2. Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then in the morning they’ll be ready to eat!

Optional – add your favourite toppings in the morning before you eat.
