      Lee’s Charity Walk

At this time of reading this, our client Lee and the team will have completed his charity walk for Headway. We look forward to updating you all on how it went. In the meantime, check out our social media profiles for pictures

        Kyle’s cakes

After all of his hard work, developing and refining recipes, Kyle’s cakes are now on sale at Try Fitness gym.

We’ve already had some great feedback from buyers, so the next time you’re at the gym, treat yourself to a post workout protein snack.

Currently on offer are: Protein chocolate brownies, Protein flapjacks and Protein banana bread cookies (our personal favourite) all for £2.50

          Craig’s 10k

Well done to Craig and his brother who completed the Manchester 10k run last month. Despite the added .challenge of hot weather, they were still able to complete the run in great time.

            Gym Group

This month has seen the introduction of a few new members at our Friday gym group. We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome our existing members have shown to these new additions. It’s truly heartwarming to see that our commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming space for individuals with brain injuries is flourishing. We’re filled with gratitude for each and every new and returning member. It is your shared enthusiasm, determination and love of fitness that helps create this special community

              Business updates

              QuickCoach

Last month, our team started using a new app, QuickCoach, to help support our clients during their independent gym sessions. This app allows us to create and share personalised programmes with our clients, which they are then able to access during their workout and give live feedback on how they thought the session went. This live feedback enables us to remotely provide tailored support, promoting their independence within the gym and ensuring each session is safe and productive.

                Staff CPD

This month, our team will be meeting to carry out a training session focusing on programming.

At CB fitness, each member of our team brings a unique perspective to programming based on their individual set of skills and experiences. Through discussing case studies and varied approaches, the team will collaboratively solve complex client situations to find the best solutions together. This shared approach to programming will help further develop and enhance our teams knowledge base to better support our clients
