Craig Barker

Director/Personal Trainer

Craig has been a personal trainer since 2016 and founded CB-Neuro Fitness in 2017. Over the years he has seen his clientele grow to include clients with acquired brain injuries, strokes, cerebral palsy, post-injury rehabilitation needs, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, amputees and individuals wanting to lose weight and feel more confident. He loves working with people, and loves what he does.

Jade Dunn

Personal Trainer/Team Leader

Jade graduated with a degree in Social work in 2008. From there, she spent the following 10 years supporting families with a range of needs. She is currently working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. Now her children are getting older she has taken the jump to re-train in something that she is passionate about, and therefore has recently qualified as a Personal Trainer.

 

She discovered the gym during the ‘covid years’, when she, along with many others, struggled with her mental health. It became her safe space and it is here she discovered that fitness is not just all about aesthetics, it’s incredibly beneficial for the mind too. This and being a woman who, like many, has spent a lifetime aspiring to an unrealistic perfection and having now learnt there is no such thing is what inspired her to enroll on this new course. Her hope is to use her own journey with fitness to inspire and help others achieve their fitness goals in a healthy way, dispelling toxic fitness myths along the way.
In her spare time, you’ll either find her at the gym, with a book in her hand or smiling like a Cheshire cat whilst watching Harry Potter on repeat.

Christopher Coupe

Personal Trainer

Chris has over 15 years’ experience as a personal trainer, which has seen him work with a vast array of clients, from beginners to those with elite ambitions! During his career, he has worked in various different settings such as big commercial gyms and functional training studios. Chris brings a vast amount of knowledge to the CB Neuro Fitness team. 

Chris always strives to support his clients with their fitness goals, whether these be cardiovascular fitness, strength, hypertrophy, or weight loss. In addition to this, he is also qualified in sports massage! 
When not working in the gym, Chris enjoys training for Hyrox events, watching football (Newcastle United), and playing golf ⛳️

Cameron Gresty

Support Worker

Cameron has been a support worker for over 3 and a half years, but has wanted to use his passion for fitness within his job for a while. He loves going to the gym himself, and loves to train others. He understands how useful exercise can be in both a physical and mental aspect, and how much it could benefit his clients by incorporating fitness more into his work with them.

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2017, Rosa has dedicated herself to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Her approach is realistic and non-restrictive — designed to fit into your lifestyle, not take it over. In addition to Personal Training, Rosa offers Sports Massage Therapy and healthy meal prep services, providing support from all angles. Whether you’re looking to move better, feel better, or simply need a clear, manageable plan, she’s here to help you stay on track. No pressure. No judgement. Just practical support, personalised guidance, and real, lasting results.

Jason Bonney

Personal Trainer

As a passionate advocate for sports and fitness, I bring over a decade of experience in coaching, programme development, and community engagement. I specialize in leading transformative physical health and wellbeing initiatives, tailoring fitness programs to diverse skill levels, and inspiring individuals to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. My expertise spans coaching in football and personal training within secure mental health services and in the community, with a strong emphasis on team building and creating impactful health programmes in both secure settings and the wider community.

Emma Smith

Emma is a highly organised and detail oriented administrative assistant with over 20 years of experience in providing comprehensive support to teams and individuals across various sectors. 

Hayley Blackburn

Social Media Lead

With a background in Media and Communications, Hayley helps with a variety of tasks within the business. From designing and running the website to booking appointments and diary management. Hayley ensures the admin runs smoothly from day to day and supports the team so they can focus on the clients of CB fitness. Hayley is at her best when balancing multiple tasks and loves to have a to-do list to get stuck into.
